The farm raises a flock of approximately 250 ewes and finishes hogs, producing lamb and pork products year-round. They have also introduced a small herd of Scottish Highland cattle, with plans to offer farm-raised beef in the future.
In addition to traditional cuts, Yellowlees Family Farm offers a variety of prepared foods, including their Agri-Food Innovation Award-winning lamb meat buns—a unique ground lamb and vegetable snack. Other offerings include burger patties, sausages, meat pies, savory lamb tarts, lamb and feta strudel, and pork sausage rolls.
The farm also produces ""Birds’ Buffet"" wild bird seed, made from sunflowers and millet grown on-site, catering to backyard bird enthusiasts.
Yellowlees Family Farm participates in the Environmental Farm Plan, demonstrating their commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly farming practices.
