Natural, sustainably grown local produce using organic practices. We use Non GMO seeds and do not use artificial fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We utilize season extension practices to produce fresh greens and root vegetables throughout the year. Greens Galore! Stop by for a selection of greens today. We'll have our popular Early Spring Greens Mix (Heirloom Lettuce, Spinach & Arugula), Spinach, Mustard Greens, Claytonia, Pak Choy and our Special Blend of Asian and European Greens (like taking a green multivitamin!). Plus we will have our Seasoning Mixes and Flavoured Salt. Despite the wind, we'll be setup in the Market Square of Covent Garden Market from 8am to 1pm. Hope to see you!
