Bent Plow Farm is tucked away in a flat, sunny oasis in Blewett BC, just outside of Nelson. We grow a wide range of certified organic vegetables for Farmers Market and CSA customers. Our goal is to provide high-quality produce for our community, while managing our land and ecological impact with thought and care.
For us, organic agriculture is not simply the lack of synthetic pesticides and fertilizers, but a holistic approach that encompasses: building and feeding the soil, encouraging a diversity of wildlife and pollinators, using strategies and techniques to minimize our emissions and sequester carbon, and helping to preserve our watershed and natural spaces.
We hope to share the joys of our farm with you!
