Bryanna, the co-founder of Bar OA Farms, has an extensive background in agriculture and floral design. Growing up on a mixed farm in Northern Alberta, Bryanna developed a passion for growing flowers and raising livestock.
After completing high school, Bryanna pursued her passion for agriculture by studying agricultural science at the University of Alberta, while studying floral design at night.
Bryanna's love for designing weddings using her own home-grown flowers is evident in the unique, heirloom, and hard-to-find flower varieties she grows on her farm. She is committed to sustainable farming and continuously explores new ways to utilize farm waste to create new products and reduce the farm's overall footprint. Gary, Bryanna's husband, is an integral part of the farm, providing the muscle and moral support needed to make it all happen. Despite not growing up on a farm, Gary has dedicated countless hours to learning the ins and outs of farm life, including how to grow and maintain healthy crops. He enjoys meeting new people and is always eager to share the farm's story with visitors.
